- The house known in the neighbourhood as - Monte Maria Pratas – is built in Portuguese style with 5 bedrooms, three bathrooms, large kitchen, formal dining room with sitting area and a separate TV room.Situated on a plot of 10,000 metres, with its own olive groove, sunny and shady terraces, swimming pool surrounded by large lawn and flower garden.
The house is fully equiped with the latest comfort:
The spacious bedrooms are furbished with double beds and built in wardrobe closets. Bed sheets,towels and beach towels are plentiful available. Most of the bathrooms have direct access on to the terrace. Two of the bathrooms are 'en suite'. The largest bathroom with shower and bath serves the 3 bedrooms in the familywing. Every bathroom has a toilet and bidet. An additional visitor's toilet is located in the entrance hall.
- The kitchen is fully equiped with gascooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washingmachine, kitchen utensils and necessary cutlery. Cooking your own meals becomes a joy.
The TV room has satelite television with a full range of English, German, French, Dutch and international free to air channels (Astra I and II and Hotbird satelite TV). The dining room has a flatscreen with Portuguese cable offering Portuguese and Brazilian channels and movies on demand. WI FI fast internet connection , fixed phone calls to be charged at cost of the provider ( PT telecom).
The swimming pool is surrounded by the sunny and shady terraces with an outside dining area (seating 8 persons) and eight sun beds.
Home service: a housekeeper will come in 3 times a week to tidy up and check that all is in order.
Local shopping: a local supermarket in Cajados offers you a full range of fruit, vegetbales, fish, meat, fresh bread.
Other supermarkets ( including Aldi, Liddl, Continente and Jumbo) are located in the surroundings of Setubal.
